Public Policy Affecting Survivors
The purpose of this page and DOVE Center’s Public Policy Education Committee is to help inform and offer resources to our community about policies and bills that affect the clients we serve — survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence. Our purpose as a committee is not to tell you to be for or against a certain policy or bill. It’s to simply inform you and offer insight to how policies can affect survivors.
We will continue to provide information on legislative issues affecting survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence, including legislation being considered as the Utah Legislative Session begins on January 18, 2022.
