Donor Privacy Policy:
All information concerning donors or prospective donors, including name, mailing address, email address, and telephone numbers, the names of their beneficiaries, the amount of their gift, etc., shall be kept strictly confidential by DOVE Center, its staff and volunteers, unless permission is obtained from donors to release such information. All contact information will only be shared with staff, board members, volunteers or consultants on a need-to-know basis.
All contact information for donors or prospective donors will be used solely by DOVE Center and will never be sold, traded or shared with any third party. Any information given by the constituent will be used to promote DOVE Center’s mission and to communicate information about DOVE Center including, but not limited to: events, activities, volunteer opportunities and donation solicitations.
Donors may opt out of email and/or mail communication at any time upon the donor’s written or verbal request.
